実施例を示す第２図相当図及び第４図相当図である。 図中、７は弁装置、９はバイパス路（流体通路）、１４
は皿ばね（ばね部材）、１６，２５゜２６は励磁コイル
である。

  1. 第１の位置と第２の位置との間で可逆的に反転可能に設
    けられその反転位置に自己保持するばね部材と、このば
    ね部材を反転させる励磁コイルと、前記ばね部材の反転
    に連動して流体通路を開閉する弁体とを具備して成る弁
    装置。
