Most of them are made into rolls.

Due to these wrinkles, many irregularities are formed on the side surface of the sealant during storage, which significantly impairs the dimensional stability of the sealant. On the other hand, in order to avoid forming a gap between the joint wall and the sealant when filling the joint, the sealant must be pressed so that the above-mentioned unevenness disappears during the filling operation. The drawback is that the filling operation is complicated. In addition, in order to make the side surface freely deform by pressing the sealant when filling, the unevenness on the side surface disappears, and it is easy to adhere to the joint wall, a large amount of softener is added, and the pressure is applied at a rate of 1.1 mm/sec or more. The creep rate must be adjusted to have a creep rate of It has the disadvantage that it attracts dust, which worsens its appearance, and that it slumps over time, resulting in areas that lack waterproofness. In addition, sealing due to the bending and wrinkles of the support tape mentioned above; In order to prevent deformation of the side surface of the fern material, making the sealant and the support tape the same width will reduce the winding pressure when winding into a roll, the deformation and sealing during storage. Due to the interaction with the material's creef phenomenon, the sealing material protrudes from the sides and bonds across the sides of the tape, forming a mutually integrated layer at the sides, making it difficult to unwind during use. There are some drawbacks.

It has been learned that a sealing material that satisfies both shrinkage resistance and shrinkage resistance cannot be obtained. As a result of further various studies, the inventors of the present invention found that when the composition of the main component of the sealant, which is mainly composed of rubber, is within a specific range and the sealant produced satisfies specific properties. In addition, it has good adhesion to the joint wall and resistance to shrinkage over time, and even when the sealant is rolled up in a roll through a support tape of the same width, the sealant material flows to the sides and becomes integrated with each other. The present invention was completed by discovering the fact that a satisfactory effect can be obtained without having to do so. That is, the present invention involves superimposing a string-like viscoelastic sealing material and a supporting tape having the same width as the sealing material and having a peeling function on both sides, and winding the tape around a winding core so that the tape becomes the outermost surface. has been and before

Since it is maintained in a smooth state, good adhesion to the joint wall can be achieved.

More than one species can be used in combination. As the rubber, for example, a cross-linked powder rubber is added so as to account for at least 20%, preferably 30 to 70% of the total weight of the rubber base, or
Alternatively, as described below, when mixing the rubber base material with fillers, softeners, and other compounding agents, a small amount of crosslinking agent such as sulfur, sulfur compounds, zinc white, hexamethylene diamine carbamate, poly-para-dinitroso-benzene is used. In order to suppress flow deformation of the sealant, it is important to use a rubber base resin which is cross-linked by adding such as, for example, a rubber base resin whose degree of swelling with respect to machine oil is 200 to 800%.

For example, organic materials such as recycled rubber, shellac, wood flour, cork powder, and/or calcium carbonate, clay, talc,
Inorganic fillers such as asbestos, pumice powder, and glass fiber are suitable. The softener imparts appropriate flexibility to the viscoelastic sealant, such as paraffin or aromatic process oil: liquid paraffin,
Paraffins such as vaseline; Aliphatic softeners such as castor oil and soybean oil; waxes such as beeswax and lanolin; and other suitable materials such as liquid polyisobutylene rubber and polybutene. These materials are made by adding 50 to 500 parts by weight of a filler and 20 to 250 parts by weight of a softening agent to 100 parts by weight of a rubber base material, and further adding carbon black, silica, etc. as necessary. Rubber reinforcing agents, other compounding agents such as anti-aging agents, colorants, and tackifying resins are added.

が多くなるので好ましくないものである。Therefore, the filler content is 50 to 50 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of rubber.
It is important to maintain the range of 0 parts by weight; if it is less than 50 parts by weight, the viscoelastic sealant will become too soft and will flow out even if it is filled into the joints, impairing waterproof properties.
If it is more than 0 parts by weight, it becomes too hard and lacks adhesion to the joint wall, so it cannot follow the expansion and contraction of the building materials that make up the joint, impairing waterproof properties. In addition, in the case of a softener, if it is less than 20 parts by weight, the viscoelastic sealant will lack viscosity;
If the amount is more than 1 part by weight, the viscosity is high and the fluidity is high, so when the sealing material is wound into a roll, there will be a lot of flow deformation toward the sides, which is undesirable.

A viscoelastic sealant consisting of 800% rubber base material, filler, and softener has each material mixed within the above-mentioned specific range, and the creep rate of the viscoelastic sealant is 0.5 mu/Sec-0. Having a range of 85 mm/Sec means that even if it is overlapped with a support tape that has the same width as the sealant and has a peeling function on both sides and is wound into a roll around a winding core, there will be no flow deformation and the winding will not occur over time. It was found that it can be easily returned and has an excellent waterproof effect.

At 85 mm/Sec or more, the flow deformability is large, and a phenomenon occurs in which the roll-shaped sealing material causes flow deformation toward the side surface due to a slight external stress.

It is formed into a flat string with a length of 50 mm and a length of about 3 to 100 m, but it can be made into a flat string with a width of 500 to 100 mm using the manufacturing method described above.
A 0 mm sealing material raw fabric is produced, a support sheet with a peeling function on both sides is superimposed on one side, and the support sheet is wound on a core such as a paper tube with the outermost surface to obtain a raw fabric roll. The roll can be cut into a desired width to form a flat string.
