Claims (1)
- 洗浄槽内に有機溶剤を加熱気化させて蒸気層を形成し、
槽内に配置した被洗浄物を該蒸気層と接触させることに
より洗浄するようにしたものにおいて、上記洗浄槽の上
部に、常時冷却水を供給することによって蒸気層の上昇
を抑える第１の冷却管を設けると共に、洗浄槽の下部に
、洗浄終了後に冷却水を供給することによって蒸気層を
被洗浄物より低位置まで下降せしめる第２の冷却管を設
けたことを特徴とする蒸気洗浄装置。
