    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 洗浄槽内に有機溶剤を加熱気化させることにより蒸気層
    を形成し、コンベヤで搬送される被洗浄物を洗浄槽内の
    蒸気層と接触させることによって連続的に洗浄するよう
    にしたものにおいて、洗浄槽の入口側に、コンベヤ上の
    被洗浄物を冷却するための冷却装置を設けたことを特徴
    とする蒸気洗浄装置。
