り構成したことを特徴とするトリプレート線　−路。 （２）−上記導体は、いずれかの誘電体基板の中心導体
対向面側にエツチングにより形成することを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のトリプレート線路
。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）上下の外導体がそれぞれ誘電体基板を介して中心
    導体をしやへいする構造を有すると共に、直流阻止回路
    を備えたトリプレート線路において、上記直流阻止回路
    を、上記中心導体の一部を切断して、上記誘電体基板の
    いずれかと切断された中心導体との間に、該両切断部間
    を覆う誘電体薄膜と、これを介して両切断端部間の高周
    波接続路を形成する導体を配設することにより構成した
    ことを特徴とするトリプレート線路。
  2. （２）上記導体は、いずれかの誘電体基板の中心導体対
    向面側にエツチングにより付着することを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のトリプレート線路。
