循環ポンプと、−前記ケースの下部に固定され限流抵抗
器を収納した絶縁密封容器と、この絶縁密封容器の底面
に形成され冷媒液溜りとなる凹部と、前記循環ポンプの
吸込側に接続され下端が前記凹部内に延びた絶縁吸入管
と、前記循環ポンプの吐出側に接続され前記限流抵抗器
の近傍に延びた先端部に前記冷媒液を散布するための複
数の散布孔を有する絶縁吐出管を備えてなることを特徴
