Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 釜本体の被加熱部外周にジャケットを形成し、このジャ
    ケット内に焦げつき防止用液体を充填してなる煮沸釜に
    おいて、上記ジャケット内の液体、　　温度を検出する
    温度センサを設け、かつ上記釜本体を加熱するバーナ装
    置のガス供給路に電磁弁を設け、上記ジャケット内の液
    体温度が設定値以上になったとき上記電磁弁を閉成する
    制御手段を設けたことを特徴とする煮沸釜。
