Conventionally, when laminated films with a foam layer are bonded together outside a non-foam layer of low-density IK polyethylene and a foam layer of high-density polyethylene with a foaming agent, the foam layer is damaged and torn, resulting in a fibrous structure. A layered film is known as a mesh material.

As a result, they discovered that by using an ethylene polymer as the foam layer and an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer as the non-foam layer, a laminated film with excellent tear strength and other physical properties could be obtained. Ta. The present invention was completed based on this knowledge. That is, the present invention provides a laminated film having a non-foamed layer made of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer and a foamed layer made of an ethylene polymer.

As mentioned above, the laminated film of the present invention basically has a two-layer structure in which a non-foamed layer and a foamed layer are laminated. As the f'1 layer, a film made of ethylene-α-olefin copolymer is used. The properties of this ethylene-α-olefin copolymer are not particularly limited, but are generally 0.1 to 20 H1y/l() min, preferably 0.2 to H1y/1 layer. In addition, the total α-olefin content in this copolymer is usually V1 to 10.
It should be morchi. Note that the α-olefin constituting the copolymer with ethylene is an α-olefin having 3 to 2 carbon atoms.

Immediately mentioned above? By stacking the fIt layer and the foamed layer by 1ψ, the A10 filter of the present invention is formed, but the ratio of the non-foamed layer to the foamed layer is particularly limited. However, it can be determined as appropriate by considering the purpose of use, film JJ4 size, moldability 2, etc. However, in general, the ratio of quick foaming layer/foaming layer is 2/8 in terms of Oki Station ratio.
It should be in the range of ~8/2.
