Post-formed decorative boards have been produced by modifying melamine resin with polyesters, sugars, etc. It is true that the post-form decorative board manufactured in this way has good bending workability, but in recent years post-form decorative boards have been used as interior material surface boards.
As ohmic decorative laminates have become widely used, there has been a strong demand for smaller bending radii than before on 7J deigns. It is too light-resistant to satisfy the above requirements, and it also has the disadvantage of poor general performance such as water resistance, light resistance, and heat resistance.

As the surface paper or patterned paper used in the present invention, those used for conventional decorative laminates can be used as is1, or base materials such as paper and cloth that have been conventionally used as the core layer, and coatings or coatings thereon can be used. The thermosetting resin to be impregnated is phenol resin, epoxy resin, diallyl phthalate resin, polyester resin, melamine resin, etc., and those conventionally used for decorative laminates are used. 1. Coated or impregnated on surface paper and patterned paper for decorative laminates. Melamine resin contains 1.5 to 1.5 to 1 mole of melamine and formaldehyde such as formalin and paraform.
Diglycidyl ether, polyglycidyl ether, or monoglycidyl ether is added to the reaction product of melamine and aldehyde obtained by mixing 3.0 mol of melamine and aldehyde in a conventional manner with an alkaline catalyst and diluting with an organic solvent. ~. Obtained by mixing phantom heavy food (based on the weight of the reaction product of melamine and aldehyde, hydrochloric acid) and water-soluble acrylic copolymer emulsion 1~: JJo heavy food % (based on the weight of the reaction product of melamine and aldehyde). 物重量:に対して約1〜約1(l 車Ft %である。The aldehyde/melamine molar ratio is at least 1.5, and if the aldehyde's enemies are less than this one, the reaction product of melamine and aldehyde becomes insoluble in water. If it exceeds this, the curing of the resin will proceed more than necessary, making it impossible to obtain optical post-form properties. The molar ratio of aldehyde/melamine is preferably from about 1.8 to about 2.5. As an aldehyde (
There are a number of them, and a mixture of them can also be used, but considering the price, formaldehyde can be easily used manually.
It can also be said to be preferable because it is inexpensive. Is it sufficient to add diglycidyl ether, polyglycyl ether, or monoglycidyl ether alone or in any mixture at less than 1% by weight based on the weight of the reactant of melamine and aldehyde? If it is more than 1%, the decorative board becomes too soft and the resin becomes yellowish and yellows when heated, making it undesirable as a decorative board. 1. - Membrane performance In order to obtain good balanced performance in the melamine and aldehyde reactants, it is preferably from about 1% to about 1% (l Ft %) based on the weight of the melamine and aldehyde reactants.

The impregnating properties of the resin are poor, making it impossible to obtain a desirable appearance as a decorative board, and the resin liquid itself becomes cloudy and the color tone of the decorative board becomes dull, which is not preferable. - In order to obtain a good and well-balanced membrane performance, the amount is preferably about 1 to about 15% by weight based on the weight of the melamine and aldehyde reactants.

The purpose is to further improve the post-forming properties of the melamine decorative board by using it in combination with water-soluble acrylic copolymerization.

The coated, impregnated, and dried impregnated paper is stacked on a laminate made by laminating the required number of impregnated papers coated with thermosetting resin on a base material such as paper or cloth, and then a release film, a mirror plate, etc. are used. A melamine decorative board is obtained by heating and pressurizing and molding using a conventional method.

Add methyl alcohol to solid content! 50% melamine resin was obtained, and 50% diglycidyl ether and 5 parts of water-soluble acrylic copolymer emulsion were mixed and stirred to obtain a melamine resin face.
This is impregnated into overlay base paper (heavy, 2! M/lt?) with a resin content of 65% and a single layer of 7 cm, and dried, and patterned paper for decorative board (weight 120 fAr?)
It was impregnated and dried so that the amount of resin was 50 cm and the volatile content was 7 cm.

After further reacting at reflux temperature for 10 minutes, the mixture was cooled to room temperature and methyl alcohol was added to obtain a modified melamine resin with a solid content of 50 kg. In this, polyglycyl ether 3
Weight% and water-soluble acrylic copolymer emulsion 5% by weight
A modified melamine resin face was obtained by mixing and stirring, and a resin amount of 55% was applied to pattern paper for decorative boards (wood grain pattern 802A♂).
It was impregnated and dried to a volatile content of 7%. Example 1
Example 1 Two sheets of phenol-impregnated paper obtained in the same manner as above were laminated, and a mirror plate was set on top of the resin-impregnated patterned paper.
A melamine decorative board with a gloss of 0.55+mm and good post-forming properties was obtained by hot pressing and molding in the same manner as above.

It was impregnated and dried to a concentration of 55 cm and a volatile content of 7 cm. This was used as a surface layer and hot-pressed and molded in the same manner as in Example 2 to obtain a 0.55 mm glossy post-form type melamine decorative board.
