Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は厚鋼板及び鋼材を溶断する際に受台として使用
する晴工脚に関し、鋼製受台１の先端に溝２を形成して
、銅製先端材３を嵌合し、且受台１に多数の透孔４を穿
設して成るものである。
本案は上記のような構成であるがその作用を述べるに、
晴工脚をすべて鋼材で形成するときは、ガス溶断に際し
晴工脚の先端部が容易に溶けてギザギザの凹凸が生じ、
又曲がったりして再使用が不能となるが、本案は上記の
ように鋼製受台１の先端に銅製の先端材３を嵌合して使
用するものであるから、鋼製の先端材３は容易に溶けな
い結果、従来の如き凹凸や曲がりは生ぜず、且正確な作
業が遂行できるものである。
又先端材３は嵌め込みであるため、若し破損したときは
その取り替えは容易である。
尚、受台１に多数の透孔４を穿設しであるため、受台１
の変形や曲がりを防止するものであり、更に銅製の先端
材３は受台１の溝２に嵌入することにより、銅の伸縮を
吸収してその曲がりを防止する効果もある等有用な考案
である。

第１図は本案晴工脚の側面図、第２図は断面図である。 １は鋼製受台、２は溝、３は銅製先端材、４は透孔。

  1. 鋼製受台１の先端に溝２を形成して、鋼製先端材３を嵌
    合し、且受台１に多数の透孔４を穿設して成る晴工脚。
