A structure in which this holder is fixed to the receiving part is considered, but using adhesive for this fixation would take too much time until it is completely fixed and would not be suitable for mass production, and the positional relationship between the reflector and the light bulb The disadvantage is that in order to maintain the correct relationship between the two, the two must be maintained in a relationship until solidification.

A cylindrical receiver, whose front end is open inside the reflector and whose rear end is also open, is integrally installed at a suitable place on a reflector made of thermoplastic synthetic resin, and protrudes rearward, and a light bulb is inserted into the reflector. A holder made of thermoplastic synthetic resin, comprising a cylindrical front part sized to fit tightly into the receiving cylinder, and a rear part having a smaller outer diameter than the front part and having several protrusions formed thereon. is fitted into the receiving tube, the inner surface of the receiving tube and the outer surface of the projection are fixed by heat welding or ultrasonic welding, and the annular space formed between the rear part of the holder and the inner surface of the receiving tube is filled with adhesive and solidified. It is characterized by:

好である。As described above, in the light bulb mounting structure of the vehicle headlamp of the present invention, a receiver is formed on the thermoplastic synthetic resin reflector, and a receiver is formed on the thermoplastic synthetic resin holder that holds the light bulb. A cylindrical front part that is large enough to fit tightly into the cylinder and a rear part that has a smaller outer diameter than the front part and has several protrusions are provided, and the protrusions and the cylindrical part are welded by heat or ultrasonic welding. The adhesive is filled and solidified in the space created between the rear of the holder and the inner surface of the cylindrical part, so when aligning the reflector and the bulb, it is necessary to temporarily attach the space between the protrusion and the cylindrical part. After that, all you have to do is fill the space with adhesive and leave it until it hardens, so there is no need to use a special jig to hold the reflector and holder until the adhesive hardens. Although it uses adhesive, it has very good workability.
