Claims (1)
- 焦電形の赤外線温度検出素子と、振動子によって揺動さ
れ、赤外線温度検出素子に至る赤外線を断続するための
チョッパとを備えた温度センサにおいて、赤外線温度検
出素子及び該素子によって得られる信号の処理回路を電
波遮蔽可能な感温視野制限用の箱体内に収納し、前記振
動子を箱体外、 に位置せしめたことを特徴とする
温度センサ。
