  1. □　　酸化亜鉛を主成分とする平板形の電圧非直線抵抗
    体焼結体の相対向する面の一方に、対をなす１組または
    一数組の電極を形成し、この電極を上記焼結体の側面部
    を経て相対向する他方の面にまで形成し、さらに相対向
    する他方の面に別の１個の電極を形成してなる電圧非直
    線抵抗器。
