ャを使用することによりシングルモードのレーザ光を得
られるようにしたガスレーザ装置を示す概略構成図、第
４図はこの考案の一実施例に係るガスレーザ装置を示す
概略構成図、第６図はこの考案の装置に用いるモードセ
レクタを氏す平面図、第６図はこの考案の装置に用いる

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 （１）レーザガスを高速にて循環させ、そのガス流中に
    多数のピン電極と棒電極を設け、これら電極間に大電力
    のグロー放電を生せしめ、そのグロー放電のエネルギー
    を２枚以上のミラーからなる光共振器によりレーザ光と
    して取出すガスレーザ装置において、 上記光共振器のミラーの前に、大小２つ以上の径のアパ
    ーチャを有するスライド式モードセレクタを交換自在に
    設けたことを特徴とするガスレーザ装置。　　　　　　
    　　　　　ｒ（２）上記多数のピン電極に電力を供給す
    る電気回路を複数に分割し、各種の組合せによりグロー
    放電を生じさせる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    ガスレーザ装置。 （３）上記モードセレクタのアパーチャの大小に合わせ
    てグロー放電の領域を可変できるように、上記多数のピ
    ン電極に電力を供給する電気回路を２つ以上に分割した
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のガスレーザ装置。 　′
