    に配置される格子状体５２．６６と、穴あき板５１と格
    子状体５２．６６の間に挾み止められた２種類の網状体
    ５３．５４とからなり、目の細かい固液分離用の網状体
    ５４が格子状体５２．６６側に配置され、これより目の
    粗い補、　　強用の網状体５３が穴あき板５１側に配置
    されている脱水フィルタ。
