However, because the voids in the one-nicum structure are extremely large, the insulation properties are poor, and low performance can only be expected with regard to fire protection, which is hardly a problem. Furthermore, the conventional bonding structure between the Nikum structure and the plate material had the disadvantage of lacking adhesive strength because the contact area was small. In addition, this fixing work is extremely complicated and requires precision, which is a major cause of high costs. A sandwich panel (hereinafter simply referred to as "sandwich panel") which solves the disadvantages related to the object of the present invention, is stronger, cheaper, has excellent insulation properties under normal conditions and under high heat, and exhibits outstanding fire resistance under high heat. The objective is to provide a panel f)). EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Below, the panel based on this invention is demonstrated in detail using drawing. FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a panel according to the present invention. In the figure, 1 is a honeycomb structure (hereinafter simply referred to as honeycomb), which is made of one type of asbestos paper, thin metal plate, ceramic paper, etc. It functions as a core material, a member for accommodating inorganic foam particles and a foamable inorganic material to be described later, and a surface to which a synthetic resin foam is adhered.
2 is a plate member made of non-combustible hard base material... Nikam 1
A part of the synthetic resin foam 4 is compressed into a film shape on the end face of one of the openings and is fixed integrally to the end face of the opening, as shown in FIG. ,
It is made of one or more noncombustible materials such as gypsum board and calcium silicate board.

Of course, a member of the same quality as the plate member 2 can also be used. In addition, the synthetic resin foam 4 (hereinafter simply referred to as foam) is bonded and integrated with the honeycomb 1, the plate member 2, and the face material 3 in the state shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and... It closes the opening of the hollow portion 5 and functions as a heat insulating material and an adhesive. To explain further, the foam 4 is made of one type of foamable synthetic resin, such as polyurethane foam, polyisocyanurate foam, epoxy foam, Uria foam, and phenol 7 ohm. In addition, when forming 7 ohm 4, it is discharged as a raw material onto the plate member 2 and the face material 3, and is fixed together through self-adhesion during reaction and foaming, and also forms a foam. It is. 6 is an inorganic foamed grain (hereinafter simply referred to as foamed grain), which is mainly a fireproof material. It functions as a sound material, an aggregate of an inorganic foam layer under high heat, and a reinforcing material. Specific examples thereof include pearlite particles, bubble gas particles,
Shirasu balloons, calcined vermiculite, and other artificial aggregates that are somewhat lightweight and hard granules.

7 is filled with a foamed inorganic material between the foam particles 6 in the closed hollow part 5 to provide long-term fire protection that does not deteriorate, and in the event of a fire, forms an inorganic foam layer and protects the panel. It protects from high heat.

Specific examples include sodium silicate, sodium metasilicate, sodium orthosilicate, sodium metaborate (2, 4, 5, 6, 8) sodium borate, (1st, 2nd, 3rd) sodium phosphate, and It consists of one type, such as a mixture of two types. Furthermore, the foamable inorganic material 7 has the general formula XNa2O,
When expressed as yB2O3・ZH2O, 0.25 x/
A composition in the range of y × 1.50, 0.8 (x + y) × X × 5 (X + Y) is also effective. A specific example thereof is a product made by mixing and stirring a composition of 809 parts of boron oxide, 70 parts of sodium hydroxide, and 162 parts of water. As described above, according to the panel according to the present invention,
By interposing a film-like adhesive layer between one opening surface of the honeycomb and the plate member, and forming a frame-like adhesive between the other opening surface and the plate member, manufacturing errors of each member can be easily absorbed. It is characterized by high productivity.

Furthermore, since the openings of the honeycomb are closed by the foam, the panel itself has excellent heat insulation properties. In addition, foaming properties are added to the closed hollow part of the nicum.
Filled with foamable inorganic material, the panel has excellent mechanical strength and sound insulation properties. In addition, in the event of a fire, the foamable inorganic material foams and the inorganic foam layer forms foam particles as aggregate, so it has sufficient insulation properties even at high temperatures and can protect the panel. .
