、第６図は本考案の平行光束形状補正装置の一実施例の
構成を示す半導体レーザＬＤの接合面内における光軸に
沿った断面図、第７図は複合プリズムの条件を説明する
ための図、第８図Ａ、　Ｂは変形例の構成を説明するた
めの半導体レーザＬＤの接合面内における光軸に沿った
断面図及び要部斜視図、第９図Ａ、　Ｂは他の変形例の
構成を説明するための半導体レーザＬＤの接合面に垂直
な面内における光軸に沿った断面図及び要部斜視図であ

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　平行光束の光路中に第１及び第２の少なくとも２個
    の三角プリズムを貼合わせてなる複合プリズムを設ける
    とともに、前記第１の三角プリズムの屈折率ｎ１と前記
    第２の三角プリズムの屈折率ｎ２とを異ならせ、平行光
    束の光束中を補正することを特徴とする平行光束形状補
    正装置。 ２　第１及び第２の少なくとも２個の三角プリズムを貼
    合わせてなる複合プリズムが前記第１の三角プリズムに
    対して光束中の巾広になる側に前記第２の三角プリズム
    が位置するように平行光束の光路中に配設されるととも
    に、前記第２の三角プリズムの屈折率ｎ２が前記第１の
    三角プリズムの屈折率ｎ１よりも大なることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の平行光束形状補
    正装置。
