対ケーブル用の端子板についてその構成の一例を示す一
部切欠部分図、第２図１〜３はプラグとプラグを端子板
へ取付けた状態を示す図、第３図１〜４は従来のハンダ
端子の端子片の構成とその製作方法を説明する図、第４
図１〜５はこの考案の端子片の構成とその製作方法を説
明する図で、図１はラッピング端子の形抜き平面図、図
２はハンダ端子の場合の加工後の平面図、図３はその側
面図、図４と５は上面図を示す。 図面において、１は端子板本体で、ＩＢはプラグの接触
片の挿入孔、２Ａと２Ｂはラッピング端子、３Ａと３Ｂ
はハンダ端子、４はプラグの絶縁部、５Ａと５Ｂはプラ
グの接触片、１２Ａはラッピング端子部、１２Ｂは端子
バネ部、１２Ｃは接続境界部を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 端子バネ部を形成するほぼ直線状部材の厚さが、ハンダ
    またはラッピング端子部の厚さのほぼ半分の厚さを有し
    、かつ前記直線状部材の長手方向の中心をややはずれた
    位置へ垂直方向に形成された前記ハンダまたはラッピン
    グ端子部との接続境界部では、少なくとも前記ハンダま
    たはラッピング端子部の厚さと同じ程度の長さ部分でそ
    の厚さが順次変化された１枚の金属片からなり、前記端
    子バネ部を形成する直線状部材が、その長手方向のほぼ
    中心位置で折り曲げられて、その内面でプラグ受はバネ
    部を形成することを特徴とする端子板の端子片。
