This invention relates to a waist lining for inside belts and the like that has excellent shape retention, uniform adhesion of anti-slip resin, no fear of falling off, and high productivity.

When washed, they often break and do not restore their shape, or lose their shape-retaining properties, resulting in unsightly curling and unsightly defects.

Since the yarn skin is smooth, the monofilament yarn slides freely and comes out of the fabric, resulting in sharp cut edges that can sting the wearer's skin, causing discomfort.

There is an uneconomical need to use useless thread and to prevent sliding.

In addition to the risk of falling off, it is also difficult to uniformly spread the powder over the entire surface of the belt, which, combined with the complexity of the loading process, poses a commercial disadvantage.

たことにある。The features of the waist lining of the present invention that achieve the various objectives of the present invention, such as diagonal tops, are as follows: First, on one side of the flexible synthetic monofilament yarn layer with strong elasticity, which is swung to the full width of the required thin width , a multifilament yarn cross-cutting layer in which a synthetic multifilament yarn having a higher heat shrinkability than the monofilament yarn is swung horizontally from each wale to wells that are more than one wale away from each other, and an overlapping portion of each swung yarn is formed between the wales. The structure has the potential to create a curved shape with the multifilament horizontally carved layer as the inner surface through heat processing, by arranging both layers and fixing them with warp stitches for each wale. The second method is based on the above-mentioned structure, with a multifilament yarn cross-cut layer on the back side, and low-temperature welding yarns with a relatively lower melting point than monofilament yarns and multifilament yarns on the front surface, which are distributed between adjacent wales for each wale. When bonded to the belt cloth, the multifilament yarn shrinks when heated with an iron or the like, forming a convex shape on the surface side and exhibiting a curved shape, and the welding yarn has the potential to be melted and used as an adhesive. There is a particular thing.

Reference numeral 1 indicates a flexible synthetic monofilament yarn with strong elasticity that forms the base layer, such as a warp yarn. Using a knitting machine, the cloth is swung to the required width to form ears at both ends, and then knitted back and forth, forming a narrow base layer with a continuous bent shape.

As with the monofilament yarn layer, it is swung between wales using a warp knitting machine to form a weft layer on one surface of the monofilament yarn layer.

Specifically, the synthetic fiber monofilament yarn 1 is a monofilament yarn with a relatively high melting point and strong elasticity, such as nylon or polyester fiber. On the other hand, there are nylon, polyester fibers, acrylic fibers, etc. manufactured with different heat shrinkability.

This is the most common method, and a single warp knitting machine can simultaneously form up to 45 monofilament yarn layers with a full knitting width per hour.

The synthetic fiber multifilament yarn 2 has a higher heat shrinkage rate than the monofilament yarn, and is therefore curved with the layer of the synthetic fiber multifilament yarn 2 as the inner surface.

。Moreover, when heated, the synthetic fiber multifilament shrinks and becomes a curved shape with the synthetic fiber monofilament side as the surface and the central part protruding from the plane including the edges on both sides. The force due to the arcuate tension is added to the belt, which becomes even stronger and prevents the belt from turning over more effectively.

It has elasticity and has a better fit than a waist lining made of woven fabric, and the elasticity of the synthetic multifilament provides excellent resilience against bending, preventing it from turning up.
Due to the presence of multifilament with high heat shrinkage, it has the potential to warp the waist lining simply by heating it afterwards, and therefore it can be used to create trousers,
When applied to the waist of slacks, heating causes the pants and slacks to warp at the same time as they fit to the waist, resulting in a remarkable effect of strengthening the light part and further improving the prevention of curling up.

。In addition to the above-mentioned effects, the second invention in which low-temperature welding yarn is knitted has the advantage that it is not attached to the waist lining by knitting, unlike conventional adhesive resin powder sprayed and crimped by heat processing. It is perfect, so there is no worry of it falling off, making it easy to handle, and it has the feature of being uniform over the entire surface of the back of the waist, and it is possible to achieve even adhesion by heat processing. It has the advantage that a special step of resin adhesion can be omitted since it is formed at the same time.

The edges of the synthetic monofilament are exposed and sharp, and there is no need to worry about them sliding through the grain of the fabric and pricking your skin. They are woven together and fastened to ensure the effect of preventing stitches from slipping.
