Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 起倒自在なりヤシ−ドパツクの背面上部にストライカが
    固着され、起立時の前記リヤシートバックの背面上部を
    支承するトランクルームの車室側隔壁部分に、前記スト
    ライカを係止するフックが設けられているロック装置に
    おいて、常時ストライカにフックを係合させる方向に該
    フックを付勢するハネと、フックと当接□してフックを
    前記バネの付勢力と反対方向へ回動させうるハンドルと
    、ハンドルとフックとの当接を選択的に解除し、当接解
    除したときには、前前記バネの付勢力によりフックとス
    トライカの係合状態は、たとえハンドルが回動されても
    解除されないように保つハンドルとフックとの当接状態
    の選択手段と、トランクルーム内に配設され、前記選択
    手段を当接解除と、当接状態との２段階に変化させるこ
    とのできるリンクと、車室内に配設され、前記選択手段
    を当接解除状態にだけ変化させることのできる詰ンクボ
    タンとを有することを特徴とするリヤシートバックのロ
    ック装置。
