れたＩＣの分類光と前記測定用コンタクトによる測定結
果とを前記コンテナへのＩＣ収容前に照合する機能とを
具備させ、測定終了した前記ＩＣがその測定結果に従っ
て正しく前記コンテナに収納されるまでを連続して追跡
できるようにしたことを特徴とするＩＣオートハンドラ
