部分的に示す側面図、第２図は本考案に係るＩＣ測定・
分類システムを示す回路ブロック図、第３図は第２図に
おけるメモリの記憶内容を表わす図である。 〔符号の説明〕２は測定コンタクト、４，５゜６．７は
フォトセンサ、８は分類テーブル、９はコンテナ、１２
はＩＣ流れ検出回路、１３はＩＣ収容状態検出回路、１
４はメモリ、１８はコントローラ。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 連続的に自動供給される半導体デバイスＩＣの電気的特
    性を測定用コンタクトで自動測定し、且つ該測定結果に
    応じて前記ＩＣを分類し、該分類毎にコンテナに自動収
    容させるＩＣオートハンドラにおいて、前記測定用コン
    タクトから前記コンテナに至る間のＩＣ流れ状態を順次
    検知してその状態の良否を判定する機能と、前記分類さ
    れたＩＣの分類光と前記測定用コンタクトによる測定結
    果とを前記コンテナへのＩＣ収容前に照合する機能とを
    具備させ、測定終了した前記ＩＣがその測定結果に従っ
    て正しく前記コンテナに収納されるまでを連続して追跡
    できるようにしたことを特徴とするＩＣオートハンドラ
    。
