    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. エンジンの排気ガスの一部を吸気系に再循環するように
    設けられ弁座に対し開閉する弁本体を有・する弁杆と前
    記弁杆を弁杆ガイドを貫通して軸線運動するグイヤゲラ
    ム作動手段とから成り、前記作動手段は吸気圧を受ける
    バキューム室と大気に連通ずる開口を含む空気室とを有
    する排気再循環用制御弁において、前記空気室の開口に
    耐熱性フィルターが設けられていることを特徴とする排
    気再循環用制御弁。
