Claims (1)
- エミッタ接地されたドライブ用のトランジスタのコレク
タを負荷を介して電源に接続するとともに、ベースをツ
ェナダイオードのようなしきい値素子、逆阻止型３端子
サイリスタおよび抵抗を介して電源に接続し、エミッタ
接地された制御用のトランジスタのコレクタ出力を上記
サイリスタのゲートに入力して成る負荷制御回路。
