  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 半導体【／−ザを用いた少なくとも２台の光送信器から
    の各出力信号を光方向性結合器により合成して光伝送路
    に送出する光送信装置において、発振波長の長い半導体
    レーザを用いた光送信器側に遅延回路を挿入したことを
    特徴とする光送信装置。
