In the past, various technical proposals and research have been conducted in an attempt to create artificial fur with high quality. As a relatively advanced product in the field of artificial fur, for example,

In the section, the constituent single fibers are opened and raised, and the pile fibers constituting the pile yarn have sharpened tips, and the nap density of the pile yarn is 600 pieces/pile. This artificial fur is characterized by having a striped pattern on the pile surface at lengths above 1'. More preferably, the striped pattern is based on a difference in color tone of the curly fibers. Causes due to differences in the nap length of the curly fibers, differences in apparent thickness or denier of the curly fibers, differences in the nap density of the curly fibers, differences in color tone of the cotton wool fibers, cotton wool This is due to the difference in the nap density of the conditioned fibers.

In order to obtain the above high density, use thin warp yarn and make pile yarn with fine yarn count of 10s or more.
This can be achieved by weaving yarns made by blending about 40 threads of about d with a warp density of 60 threads/inch or more.

様の方法にてパイル糸を得た。This spun yarn was passed through a design thread machine and the number of twists was 564T/
At the same time as unraveling at mS, water-soluble PVA filament yarn was fed at overfeed 0, and the PVA filament yarn was interlaced into a substantially twist-free yarn bundle for 10 seconds to maintain yarn strength. I got a thread. In addition, as pile yarn B, we used polybutylene terephthalate stable 25ax x 30mm for pile yarn, sharpened both ends of the fiber and dyed it dark gray, 65%, and polybutylene terephthalate stable 1.5ax 2 for pile yarn.
A pile yarn was obtained in the same manner as pile yarn A by blending 65% of fibers dyed pale gray with a diameter of 0 mm (15 pieces/inch, 10% shrinkage).

得た。In the thus obtained artificial fur, the nap density of the pile-like fibers is about the same in both the A pile yarn part and the B pile yarn part, 9.
It has a high density of 70 yarns/Qn'', and has a dark gray tone of the wavy-like fiber color made of A-pile yarn, and a light gray tone of cotton-hair-like fiber color made of B-pile yarn. 5 cIT + alternately raised to create a striped pattern on the raised surface. When a half coat for women was sewn using this artificial fur, a coat with a mink-like appearance and texture was obtained.
