[Detailed description of the invention] When constructing an artificial island, especially when constructing a structure on soft ground such as sludge left in a reclaimed land, it is impossible to construct on the ground as it is, so the sand embankment method is used. After that, construction will begin.

In other words, the strength of the ground is increased by loading and compacting the sand filled with sand, thereby strengthening the ground.

However, in places where the ground is hard, even if the sand is filled unevenly, it is possible to level the ground with a bulldozer, but when sand is placed on soft ground, it must be done evenly in the thick areas. The soil sinks into the soft ground due to its own weight, and the soft mud removed by the sinking lifts the thin part of the embankment from below, and since it is not possible to construct a structure unless this is corrected, sand is added to the sunken part. It was necessary to make corrections by adding the following, which required a large amount of work days, labor costs, and sand embankment.

本発明はこのような現状に鑑みて平担に盛砂することに

In view of the current situation, the present invention eliminates the need for subsequent correction work by laying sand flatly.

That is, a spud 3 is placed at an arbitrary location so that the float 4 can float on the water surface, and one end of the discharge pipe 2 of the dredger 1 for dredging sand for filling is placed on the float 4. A wire rope 8 is wound around a windlass 7 that communicates with one end of the sand discharge pipe 5 and is fixed on the discharge port 6 or on the float 4 on the side of the discharge port 6, and anchors 9 are tied to both ends of the wire rope 8. , 9 is anchored in the water at an appropriate position and the float 4 is indexed in one direction at a constant speed. If the amount of sand discharged from the discharge port 6 of the sand discharge pipe 5 is constant, it will be placed under the trajectory that marks the discharge port 6. Sand can be laid to a uniform thickness, and when the float 4 is swung to a certain thickness, the discharge port 6 is moved by the width of the pile, and the sand can be piled evenly and the ground can be strengthened.

At this time, it goes without saying that the movement of the discharge ports 6 requires that the discharge ports 6 be divided into parts and removed one by one, while at the same time shifting the position of the windlass 7.

Note that the wire rope 8 wound around the windlass 7 on the side of the discharge port 6 is not tied to the anchors 9 and anchored in the water, but is pulled from the upper end of the spud 3 and wound around the windlass γ. Of course, any method may be used as long as the discharge port 6 can swing accurately.

As described above, in the construction method of the present invention, sand of uniform thickness can be carried out at one time, so it is possible to improve work efficiency, and in turn, it is possible to reduce work costs.

The method of the present invention can be used not only on soft ground, but also on any type of ground, and can be used even above ground, so its range of applications is very wide.

1. A float is installed on a shaft driven into the underwater ground so that it can rotate freely. A sand discharge pipe with a discharge port that constantly discharges a constant amount of sand is mounted on the float, and the float is swung at an arbitrary angle to maintain a constant amount of sand discharge. A sand embankment method that is characterized in that when performing thick sand embankment, the discharge port is moved by the width of the embankment, thereby creating an even thickness of sand embankment on the water bottom.
