In the rotary complete continuous casting machine that is produced, completely removing moisture adhering to the belt and casting wheels is an important issue necessary to ensure stable operation and high quality slabs, and this is an essential issue. If the residual moisture is completely removed, the moment it comes into contact with the molten metal, rapid vaporization and volumetric expansion will occur, causing problems such as splashing and uneven production of solidified grains.

In order to enhance the water evaporation effect, the flame temperature is increased to over 100℃,
At the same time, the temperature of the object to be dried is raised to maintain the moisture evaporation effect even after passing through the flame.
