In order to obtain footwear suitable for this purpose, it is necessary to make the bottom forming part of the footwear from silicone rubber or fluorine resin, etc., which have non-adhesive properties against sticky substances. There was a problem that adhesion was almost impossible due to its original properties.

No. 04 is mentioned. In this invention, FEL) X is a base material made of long fiber raised woven fabric impregnated with liquid rubber or resin, one side of which is used as a footwear sole forming layer, and one side of which is used as a joint to the footwear body. However, it is difficult to work, resulting in low manufacturing efficiency and high costs, and also has the disadvantage of not being able to produce uniform products in terms of quality and quality.

Apply unsolidified rubber or resin in a tingling manner, let it soak in, and heat to form a semi-cured film. On top of the semi-cured film, apply the same type of unsolidified rubber or resin to a thickness not exceeding 10wn and heat L7. This is a method for manufacturing work footwear having a rubber or resin sole that exhibits non-adhesive properties to an adhesive surface after solidification, the method comprising repeating the process of curing the rubber or resin material to a semi-cured state an arbitrary number of times.

Any constituent fibers may be used. This knitted or woven fabric or the like is knitted into clogs in advance, or cut and sewn into a predetermined shoe shape to form the shoe-like lining fabric of the present invention.

These rubbers and resins are mixed with an appropriate curing agent and used in the form of a paste.

A range of O0cp (25°C) is preferable. Viscosity is 200,
If it exceeds 50,000 ap, there will be a drawback that the coating will not be sufficiently entangled, and the coating film will be difficult to layer evenly, resulting in unevenness. If it is less than 50,000 ap, it will be difficult to form the desired thickness. Therefore, the problem arises that it is difficult to reach the destination.

It is desirable that the amount of the paste applied is at least enough to uniformly wet the entire bottom surface of the undersock. The heating conditions for heating the applied paste are not particularly limited, but practically the conditions can be selectively determined as appropriate within the range of 40°C to 100°C. It is important to limit the degree of heating to a point where the paste forms a semi-cured film. If curing is completed at this point, care must be taken because adhesion between the layers will not be achieved when the next applied uncured film is heated and cured.

The term "rubber or resin" means that the same paste as described above may be used, or a paste prepared with a slightly different formulation may be used. At this time, the thickness of the coating is 1. If it exceeds orrrIn, the coating film will sag and the thickness will become uneven, so the thickness should be reduced to 1. It is necessary to do this within a range that does not exceed Own. 0.5 indulgence ~ 0. , 8 van thickness.

Here, the term "arbitrary number of times" means that the number of times can be freely selected depending on the thickness of the sole of the desired footwear. For general practical purposes, about 4 to 5 times is preferable.

も見出し、本発明を完成したものである。The present invention has been described in detail above. Conventionally, it has been known to obtain footwear by using a sock lining as a core body and coating and impregnating it with a paste-like rubber.
Rubber, resin, etc. have good adhesive properties, so
The oozing of such paste onto the inner surface of the shoe mold will result in adhesion to the shoe mold, making it difficult to remove it later, and will also stain the surface of the shoe mold, significantly slowing down the work. Therefore, it is not possible to lower the viscosity of the paste, and if the viscosity is increased, it will be difficult for the resulting coating film to form a uniform thickness. Manufacturing footwear was next to impossible. The present invention focuses on the special properties of paste-like unsolidified rubber or resin that exhibits non-adhesive properties after solidification, and as a result of research and prototype production, it has been found that penetration of a low-viscosity paste into the inner surface of the sock is effective against old adhesion to the shoe mold. The present invention was completed by unexpectedly discovering that the paste does not cause any staining phenomenon and that recoating is effective when the paste is in a semi-cured state.
