Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案はトランスをシャーシに取付ける構造において
、トランスの損失熱をシャーシに逃がすことを可能とし
たモールドトランスに関するものである。
第１図は従来のトランスをシャーシに取付けた状態を示
すものである。
鉄心１にコイル２が挿入されているがトランスの損失は
鉄心１による鉄損とコイル２による銅損である。
これらの損失は熱となって空気中、及びシャーシ３側へ
放熱するが、対環境性を向上さすべくシャーシの密封構
造のものにおいては熱を空気中に放熱さすことはシャー
シ内の温度を高めるので好ましくない。
すなわち損失熱はシャーシ側のみへ放熱させる事が望ま
しくゝＯ この考案はこのような実情に鑑みてなされたものでトラ
ンス全体に熱伝導率の小さいモールド材と熱伝導率の大
きいモールド材を使用して可能ならしめるもので以下こ
の考案の一実施例として第２図について説明する。
第２図において、ワニス処理及び絶縁物などで電気的絶
縁を施されたコイル２、及ψ跣心１で構成されるトラン
スの主として鉄心１とコイル２との間の空間の部分に熱
伝導率の大きいモールド材４をモールドするモールド材
は一般に熱伝導が悪いのでモールド材の中に金属粉を入
れる。
このような状態においてはトランスの発熱はその大部分
がシャーシ側へ伝達する。
しかしかすかに空気中に放熱する熱はある。
そこで空気に接している鉄心１及びコイル２の表面の部
分、即ち鉄心１のシャーシ３に取付けられている面以外
の面を熱伝導率の小さいモールド材５でモールド処理を
施し熱遮へいする。
このような構造のモールドトランスでは、その損失熱は
ほとんどシャーシ側へ伝達されるので、シャーシを冷却
することにより空気中への放熱はほとんどなくなり、密
封構造のシャーシ内に取付けるトランスとしては理想的
なモールドトランスを得ることができる。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は従来のトランスをシャーシに取付けた図を表わ
す。 第２図は本考案によるモールドトランスをシャーシに取
付けた一実施例を示す。 図中り本心、２はコイル、３はシャーシ、４゜５はモー
ルド材である。 尚図中同一符号は同−又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シャーシに接して固定された鉄心、この鉄心の一部分に
    巻装されたコイル、少なくとも上記鉄心とコイルとの間
    を覆いかつ上記シャーシに接するよう形成され、上記鉄
    心及びコイルから上記シャーシへの放熱経路を形成する
    金属粉を混入してなる熱伝導率の大きい樹脂モールド材
    、上記鉄心とコイル及び熱伝導率の大きい樹脂モールド
    材から成るトランスの上記シャーシに接する面以外の外
    面を覆う熱伝導率の小さい樹脂モールド祠“を備えたモ
    ールドトランス。
