Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）プロセス流体が流通するプロセス配管内に設けら
    れその配管内の流路を狭める絞り部と、この絞り部の上
    流側と下流側とを接続して設けられ内部を流通するプロ
    セス流体の圧損抵抗が前記絞り部により発生する圧損抵
    抗より小となるように設定されたバイパス配管と、この
    バイパス配管中に設けられた放射線検出部と、プロセス
    流体の流量を検出する流量検出器と、この流量検出器か
    らの流量検出信号と前記放射線検出部からの放射線検出
    信号とを入力してプロセス放射能濃度を算出する測定部
    とを具備したことを特徴とするプロセス放射能測定装置
    。
  2. （２）前記絞り部をオリフィスとしたことを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載のプロセス放射
    能測定装置。
  3. （３）前記放射線検出部は、バイパス配管中に着脱自在
    に接続され検出器収納凹部を有するプロセス流体流通容
    器と、上記検出器収納凹部内に収納されてプロセス流体
    流通容器を流通するプロセス流体中の放射線量を検出す
    る放射線検出器とからなることを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第（１）項記載のプロセス放射能測定装置
    。
