る。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for coating decorative boards with square grooves,
More specifically, a hot-melt type paint 3 is preliminarily applied to the square grooves 2 formed on the surface of the decorative board 1 in an amount larger than the calculated application amount, and then a hollow heated pressure roll 4 is applied to the square grooves 2. The pre-coated paint 3 inserted into the square groove 2 is melt-rolled into the square groove 2, and the excess paint 3 rising above the square groove 2 is sucked into the heated pressure roll 4 through the suction hole 5 of the heated pressure roll 4. The present invention relates to a method for coating square grooves on a decorative board, which is characterized by the following.

There is a method of painting by applying pressure to the grooves of the decorative board, but the former method, which uses general paint, makes it difficult to finely adjust the viscosity of the paint and the amount of paint applied, and also the thickness of the decorative board varies. The disadvantage is that the paint adheres to the surface and requires a lot of rework to remove.

Ta. The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and its purpose is to insert a heated pressure roll into a square groove that has been pre-coated with hot-melt paint in an amount larger than the calculated coating amount. By melt-rolling the painted paint into the square grooves, it is possible to coat the bottom and both sides of the square grooves uniformly without causing any paint breakage or uneven coating thickness, and it also bulges above the square grooves. By suctioning excess paint from the suction hole of the heated pressure roll into the hollow heated pressure roll, even if a larger amount of paint than the calculated amount is pre-applied into the square grooves, the excess paint can be removed from the decorative board. To provide a method for painting square grooves on a decorative board without adhesion to the surface.

Using vinyl acetate-acrylic copolymer at 0°C, the coating amount is approximately 12 times the calculated coating amount required to uniformly coat the inside of the square groove 2.
The paint 3 is preliminarily applied within the square groove 2 in an amount larger than the calculated application amount. Immediately after pre-applying the paint 3 in the square groove 2, the surface temperature is higher than the melting point of the paint 3.
The outer periphery 4a of a heated pressure roll (hereinafter simply referred to as a roll) 4 at 0 to 200°C is inserted into the square groove 2 while rotating, and the outer periphery 4a pressurizes the inside of the square groove 2, thereby pre-coating. The coating material 3 is melt-rolled and applied to the bottom and both side surfaces of the square groove 2 to a uniform thickness. The roll 4 is hollow and consists of an outer peripheral part 4a, a central part 4b, and a narrow part 4c that is narrower than the outer peripheral part 4a and the central part 4b, and the narrow part 4c, the outer peripheral part 4a, and the central part 4b are inclined outwardly. The suction holes 5 are connected to each other by a portion 6 and an inner inclined portion 7, and a plurality of suction holes 5 are formed in a slit shape in the circumferential direction between the outer inclined portion 6 and the narrow portion 4c. Therefore, if the outer peripheral part 4a is inserted into the square groove 2 and pressurized while rotating the roll 4, the pre-applied paint 3 will be spread between the outer peripheral part 4a and the bottom and both sides of the square groove 2. A uniform coating film of the paint 3 is formed on the square grooves 2 by uniform melt rolling. On the other hand, the excess paint 3 rises between the outer periphery 4a and the side surfaces of the square grooves 2, rises upward from the square grooves 2, and tries to overflow onto the surface of the decorative board 1, but the raised excess paint 3 is sucked into the roll 4 from the suction hole 5 located at approximately the same position as the upper end of the square groove 2 with a vacuum pressure of 1,600 mmHg or more, and the excess paint 3 overflows from the square groove 2 and leaves the decorative board 1.
The paint 3 attached to the surface does not damage the appearance of the decorative board 1. Further, at a portion of the outer periphery 4a on the opposite side to the outer periphery 4a of the roll 4 inserted into the square groove 2, after scraping off the paint 3 adhering to the outer periphery 4a with the square groove 2, a release agent is applied to the paint 3. Then, as the roll 4 rotates, the part of the outer periphery 4a coated with the release agent is inserted into the square groove 2, and the inside of the square groove 2 is continuously moved. Paint evenly. When the thickness of the decorative board 1 is 4.0 to 5.5 mm, the depth h of the square groove 2 is 1.0 to 2.5 mm, the width B of the square groove 2, and the width A of the outer peripheral portion 4a, which is 0.2 to 0.5 mm. 5mm1 Distance H between the bottom surface of the square groove 2 and the outer circumferential surface of the outer circumferential part 4a when the outer circumferential part 4a of the roll 4 is inserted into the square groove 2, +0.1 to 0.3 mm1 Similarly, the outer circumferential part 4
Distance H2 between the surface of the decorative board 1 and the outer end of the outer inclined part 6 when a is inserted into the square groove 2 + 0.3 to 0.8 mm 1 Angle θ ≦ between the outer inclined part 6 and the side surface of the square groove 2 408, Similarly, when the outer circumferential part 4a is inserted into the square groove 2, the distance between the inner end of the suction hole 5 and the surface of the decorative board 1 is H3+1 to 3 mm1, and the corner of the outer circumferential part 4a is further made into a curved surface with R=1 mm. In this way, the paint 3 can be more evenly applied within the square grooves 2, and further, excess paint 3 can be effectively prevented from overflowing onto the surface of the decorative board 1. In the present invention, as described above, a hot-melt type paint is pre-applied in an amount larger than the calculated application amount, and a heated pressure roll is inserted into the rectangular groove to melt and roll the pre-applied paint into the rectangular groove. It is possible to uniformly coat the bottom and both sides of the square groove without causing any uneven coating or thickness, and the excess paint that rises above the groove can be removed from the suction hole of the heated pressure roll. Since it is suctioned into the heated pressure roll, even if a larger amount of paint than the calculated coating amount is preliminarily applied to the square grooves, the excess paint will not adhere to the surface of the decorative board.
