Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）二個のウェーハ支持体と複数個の安定支承体とで
    、各々の両端部に形成した嵌合部を相手の嵌合部に嵌合
    させて略井桁状もしくは格子状に組み立てることを特徴
    とする組立式拡散治具。
  2. （２）前記両ウェーハ支持体は細長薄板から成り、該板
    の長手方向両端部には、板広面の一側端から板中央部に
    至る切溝嵌合部を形成し、また該板広面−側端部には板
    長手方向へ規則的にウェーハ支承溝を並列刻設し、該ウ
    ェーハ支承溝を上に向けて安定支承体とて組み合わせる
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    組立式拡散治具。
  3. （３）　　前記両安定支承体は細長薄板から成り、該板
    長手方向の両端部には板広面の一側端から板中央部に至
    る切溝嵌合部を複数個並列刻設し、該切溝嵌合部に前記
    複数個のウェーハ支持体の各切溝嵌合部を嵌合させて略
    井桁状に組立てるにつき、該ウェーハ支持体の並列幅を
    前記切溝嵌合部の位置選択により調節できる如く構成し
    て成ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    及第２項記載の何れかの組立式拡散治具。
