    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数のペレットが搭載された搭載部と、該搭載部上のペ
    レットの位置ずれを認識し定められた基準位置と比較し
    てその違いを検出するペレット認識部と、該ペレット認
    識部から得られる制御情報に基いてペレットの前記位置
    ずれを補正する制御部とを含むことを特徴とする半導体
    部品の組立装置。
