徴の一つであるポジショナを説明するための図である。 　　　　　 図中、１は被検査材、２および２ａ〜２ｅは検査用プロ
ーブ、３はヘッド部、４はホルダ、５はブロック、６は
シャフト、７はピン、１３はスプリング、１４はブロッ
ク、１５および１５ａ　〜１５Ｃはポジショナである。 なお図中、同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付しで

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被検査材の被検査面に対向して複数のプローブを被検査
    面の幅方向に所定のピッチで配列されたホルダを有する
    検査装置において、上記側々のプローブを被検査材の幅
    に応じて、プローブの配列方向に位置決めする櫛歯状に
    形成された配列ピッチ設定用のポジショナを設けたこと
    を特徴とする検査装置。
