器、１５・・・凝縮器、１６・・・蒸発器、１８・・・
ファン、２２・・・循環系路。なお図中、同一符号は同
−又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）グロースリークチェック機の液貯蔵槽内で蒸発し
    たイナートリキッドの蒸発気体を冷却し液化する凝縮器
    と外部に設けられ上記凝縮器の熱を放出する蒸発器とを
    有するｉ湿器と、上記液゛貯蔵槽の上部空間と除湿器と
    の間で上記蒸発気体を循環させる循環系路と、上記除湿
    器の蒸発器を冷却するファンとを備えたことを特徴とす
    るグロースリークチェック機のイナートリキッド回収装
    置。
  2. （２）上記除湿器として、１次回収用及び２次回収用の
    ２毛の除湿器を設けたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載のグロースリークチェック機のイナ
    ートリキッド回収装置。
