Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は海洋構造物の建造方法に関し。
ドックの大きさを超える海洋ｒ１造物を効果的にｎ；’
＋７する方法を提供しようとするものでおる。
近年、海洋（Ｉ−遺物が大型化し”ＣきておｐｌＴ　Ｌ
　Ｐ　（Ｔｅｎ５ｌｏｎ　Ｌｅｇ　Ｐｌａｔｆｏｒｍ　
）等では既存のドック中を超える大きさのものを建造す
る必要が生じている。
従来、ドック中を超える構造物ｌ造す る場合には、構造物をドック内に納まる太きさに分割し
て建造した後、つなげるか或は洋上にパージを浮かべて
この上で建造する等の方法がとられていた。しかしこれ
ら従来法の場合にはクレーンの旋回範囲の問題やパージ
の動揺による製作精度の低下等の問題があった。
本発明は上記した点に鑑みてなされたもので、ドック中
を上回るｊ１１洋七″ｌ　ｊｉ’ｉ物を効率的に製造す
る方法を提供しようとするものである。
ｐｆ’、　１図は本発明方法の説明１２１であＩｐ　、
　（ｔ）はドック、（２）は走行うレーンである。本発
明においては、まずドック（１）内に浮体（３）を’ｕ
’ｒｋ　Ｉｉする。この浮体（３）の高さはドック（１
）の深さより若干晶＜シておく。ぞしで該浮体（３）上
で海’ｆ＋１構輩物（４）　ｔｌ−建造する。このｖ１
ｔ％浮体（３）は海水上に浮いた状態ではないので、浮
体の！０揺による精度の低下等は排除できる６構造物（
４）はドック中より大きくても図示するようにオーバハ
ングさせて浮体上に礁造することができる。
建造後ドック（１）内に注水し゛〔、ｉ′２体（３）と
構造物（４）とを第２　ＩＮｌ　（Ａ）に示すようにｒ
ｌ−上に浮かべ、次いで浮体（３）に注水して沈め、海
洋措伶、物（４）を直接性゛土に浮かべる。この状ｐｌ
が第２図（１３）でを〕υ、これにより建造が完了する
。
なお、浮体（３）はＰｌびエアーを注入してｔ１使用す
る。
以上説明したように本発明方法によれＦ、１：％ドック
中４飲（える大型のｔｉＱ造へ勿もｌ；ｌ　ｌ’Ｉ良く
効率的にｔ’！Ｓ’ｉ青できる効果がある。

  1. ドック内にドック深さを超える浮体を置き、該浮体上で
    海洋構造物を組立”Ｃ１次いでドック内に注水して該浮
    体と海洋構造物どを洋上に引出し、洋上で該浮体と海洋
    構造物と全切離すことを特徴とする海洋構造物の建ｊ１
    １方法。
