Molecule) 1 in a binder such as IW, kneaded to make a magnetic paint, polyethylene terephthalate, cellulose triacetate,
It was coated on the surface of a film-like nonmagnetic support such as polycarbonate, polypropylene, or polyvinyl chloride. When these binders are used alone or in combination, the ferromagnetic powder tends to have poor tittability in the binder, and therefore, in conventional magnetic recording media, it is difficult to obtain the desired magnetic properties. In order to obtain the characteristics or electrical characteristics, the characteristics that a magnetic recording medium should have, such as wear resistance and storage stability, have not been sufficiently satisfied.

好ましくない結果を与えていた。In particular, in video tapes that require short wavelength recording, poor dispersion of ferromagnetic powder in the magnetic layer leads to deterioration of S/M# and a decrease in sensitivity. Because they sometimes come into violent sliding contact with the magnetic head, the magnetic coating is worn out by repeated use, and the ferromagnetic powder contained in the coating falls off, giving undesirable results such as clogging of the magnetic head.

ることができ′/Cい場合があった。That is, for example, if these additives are used in large amounts, the unfavorable result is that the mechanical strength of the hexaphilic layer is reduced by one stroke. In addition, after the formation of the M layer, a so-called "blooming" phenomenon in which the additive gradually oozes out onto the surface of the magnetic layer occurs, which may be due to changes over time.
This gives unfavorable results in terms of stability and stability, such as adhesion. Further, the strength of the powder was not satisfactory, and the magnetic properties or electrical properties of the magnetic layer were not satisfactory. For example, the addition of lecithin 2 (Jf) in a magnetic paint (11!) may inhibit the increase in viscosity of the paint due to its interaction with active amino residues such as binding agents and other binding agents. In some cases, it was difficult to uniformly coat the non-magnetic support on the non-magnetic support.

Since the secondary or tertiary amine compound has reactivity with the curing component, it is inevitable that the magnetic paint will change over time during storage, and it will not be possible to apply it uniformly on a non-magnetic support. If the chair is made of an alloy with such disadvantages, it may not be possible to prevent the occurrence of rust.

The mixture is kneaded and dispersed in a solvent together with a ferromagnetic powder to form a magnetic paint, and coated on a non-magnetic support to form a magnetic layer, thereby producing a magnetic recording medium according to the present invention. In this case, the compound of general formula (I) or (n) according to the present invention is used in a range of 0.5 to 30 parts by weight, preferably 0.5 to 10 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the ferromagnetic powder, and a solvent as described below is used. The amount used is 400 parts by weight, preferably 30 to 200 parts by weight. If the binder is too large, the recording performance of the magnetic d1-1 recording medium will be lowered, and if it is too small, the strength of the magnetic layer will be poor, resulting in undesirable events such as decreased durability and powder falling off. In addition, the magnetic recording medium according to the present invention has been recast to have a S/N ratio (ratio of signal to noise) of 1l111, which is higher than that of the conventional recording medium, and the reproduction output is also higher than that of the conventional one. [RG raw output? V) I was able to do that. Due to the above-mentioned advantages, the magnetic C-type medium according to the present invention exhibited excellent performance even in high-density I-speed recording. Furthermore, in the present invention, a wide range of the above-mentioned ferromagnetic powders can be used, but it is noteworthy that when metal powder or G's alloy is used as the elastic powder, it is compared to conventional magnetic recording media. The medium exhibited extremely excellent performance, and it is thought that the remarkable effect of preventing rust formation also contributed to the improvement in the performance of the medium, as well as the improvement in dispersibility.

↓ Compared to conventional products, it has excellent abrasion resistance and storage stability (for example, no sticking occurs during storage), and has excellent S/N ratio, making it suitable for high-density recording with high playback output. It was found that the magnetic recording medium was a magnetic recording medium with good abrasion resistance and storage stability.Although Examples 1 to 4 are related to video tapes, when used as audio tapes, the abrasion resistance and storage stability are good as in this example. It was also a magnetic recording medium suitable for high-density recording, with an excellent S/N ratio and high reproduction output.
