Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は清涼飲料水などの瓶を搬送し、陳列するための
ケースに関するものである。
従来清涼飲料水などの瓶の搬送は、分解不能に固定的に
製作した木製の箱によって行っていたが、この箱は空瓶
時にも嵩張り輸送保管に不便であった。
本考案は、輸送保管に便ならしめた搬送陳列用のケース
を提供するものである。
図面に基づきその構成を説明すると、本ケースは飲料用
瓶を約３０本から５０本収容できる大きさの長方体の箱
であって、この箱は板紙、木板、軽金属板などの塑性変
形のしにくい材料を板材として用い側板Ｂ、右板Ｃ１左
板Ｃ１底板Ａとしている。
側板Ｂは２枚とも下縁を内側に向けて折り曲げた小幅の
両側止縁２を形成し、また、その両端縁でも内側に向け
て折り曲げた止縁１を形成している。
側板Ｂの止縁１には左板Ｃ及び右板Ｃがその両端縁を接
し、その重合部をビス等で結合すれば箱枠が形成しうる
ようになっている。
更に底板Ａを側板Ｂの両側止縁２上に引掛けて乗せれば
箱底部がふさがれるので、これで箱体が形成される。
なお前記両側止縁２と底板Ａの長縁との重合部をビス連
結し、より強固に箱組を形成しつる。
かように形成したケースを組立て、これに公知の仕切板
りを挿入すれば、瓶を所要数だけ収容し、これを搬送す
ることができる。
また瓶を収容した状態で底板Ａをケース上に乗せれば（
第１図図示）、これを瓶受として陳列スタンドにするこ
ともできる。
以上の如く、本考案のケースは組立分解が可能であり、
空瓶時の輸送は平板状に折り畳むことができるので輸送
保管にはスペースをとらず便利である。

第１図は本案スタンドの斜面図、第２図は組立状態の本
案スタンドの分解説明図を示す。 Ａ；底板、Ｂ；側板、Ｃ；右板、左板、Ｄ；仕切板、１
；止縁、２；両側止縁。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 飲料用瓶を約３０本から５０本収容しうる大きさの長方
    体を構成する箱であって、当該箱は塑性変形しにくい材
    料の板材からなる側板、右板、左板及び底板からなり、
    前記側板の下縁は内側に向けて曲げた両側止縁２を形成
    し、かつ両端縁も内側に向けて曲げた止縁１を形成し、
    前記止縁１と右板、左板の両端縁の重合部はビス連結し
    うるようにしたことを特徴とする飲料用瓶の搬送陳列ケ
    ース。
