    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 出力レベルが可変の高周波標準信号発生器と、該発生器
    により発生される標準信号を伝送する同軸ケーブルと、
    該同軸ケーブルと耐電波障害能力を評価しようとする電
    子機器との間に接続され且つ前記同軸ケーブルの特性イ
    ンピーダンスとほぼ等しい入力インピーダンスを有する
    緩衝増幅器とを有する耐電波障害能力評価装置において
    、前記緩衝増幅器をソース接地回路で構成するとともに
    増幅素子のソース電極を接地したことを特徴とする電子
    機器の耐電波障害能力評価装置。
