Welding wire 75! If it is bent or the precision of the object to be bathed, the jig, etc. is poor, the welding location will not be melted and the welding will be performed at a shifted location. For this reason, there have been problems such as not being able to obtain the required welding strength or not being able to achieve airtightness. In addition, the cross-sectional shape of the weld bead formed by the consumable electrode arc welding method is almost fixed for each welding method. For example, a wine cup-shaped weld bead cross-section has no margin for bath tangent deviation. ,
Even if we wanted to create a cross-sectional shape of the weld bead with no shape, we were unable to obtain that shape.

By flowing, a welding arc is generated and the area to be welded is fused and welded.

WJ2 is an enlarged plan view of the contact tip viewed from one side. As shown in FIG. 2, two welding wire passage holes 2 are bored in the contact tip 1, and welding wires 3 are fed into each of the passage holes 2. By passing electricity through the contact tip 1 and the workpiece 4, the welding arc 5 is started, and the entire part 6 to be welded is fusion welded. The example in FIG. 1 shows the case of a butt joint.

。In the conventional arc bath welding method, the cross-sectional shape of one weld bead 7 is formed as shown in FIG. The depth of penetration was drastically reduced and the strength was poor, but
As shown in this embodiment, if two welding wires 3 are fed, beads 9.10 are synthesized by the welding arc from the two welding wires 3, as shown in FIG. The allowable amount of misalignment of the weld line 8 will be dramatically expanded. The welding wire passing holes 2 are installed perpendicularly to the welding line 8 as shown in FIG. 1, and the distance t between the welding wire passing holes 2 is 0.5 rt.
A value between a and 10 is desirable. Moreover, it goes without saying that the number of the welding wire passage holes 2 may be two or more.

効果を奏する。As explained above, according to the uninvented arc welding method, by feeding a plurality of welding wires at the same time, it becomes possible to obtain an arbitrary weld penetration shape, and it is possible to obtain a welding shape with a wide weld bead formed entirely. This has an excellent effect in that a weld bead can be formed with a margin for welding line misalignment.
