Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）制御指令に応動してシリンダ内をピストンロッド
    が出入する量を検出し、この検出データと前記制御指令
    データとの誤差データに基づいて前記ピストンロッドの
    出入量を前記制御指令データ通りの位置にセットする流
    体圧シリンダにおいて、前記ピストンロッドには外周面
    め長手方向に導電部材からなりかつその長手方向にスケ
    ーリングした凹凸面を設け、この凹凸面に対向する位置
    のシリンダには、前記ピストンロッドに接触しないよう
    に渦電流センサを設けてなり、前記ピストンロッドの出
    入動作に伴って前記渦電流センサに生じるインピーダン
    スの変化量からピストンロッドの出入量を求めうるよう
    に構成した流体圧シリンダ。
  2. （２）ピストンロッドの外周面にはセラミック層がコー
    ティングされてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記
    載の流体圧シリンダ。
  3. （３）ピストンロッドに対し渦電流センサが複数個並設
    されてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の流体
    圧シリンダ。
  4. （４）　　渦電流センサがシリンダ上であってこれの外
    部に臨む位置に設けられてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項および第３項に記載の流体圧シリンダ。
