Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ランプと、上記ランプを内側に収納し該ランプの
    光を外部に放射するよう金属製メツシュで被覆された開
    口部を備えて成る中空半球状の光反射部材と、上記光反
    射部材の開口部とには所定の距離を置いて対峙させたガ
    ラス製の光制御部材と、上記光反射部材をマイクロ波空
    洞の１壁面として該光反射部材の一部に穿設して成るマ
    イクロ波給電口とを有し、上記マイクロ波給“　型口を
    上記ランプを冷却するための空気送風口として兼用させ
    た光源装置において、上記光反射部材は上記空気送風口
    と対向する側面の部分に空気排気口を設けたことを特徴
    とする光源装置。
  2. （２）上記空気排気口は上記マイクロ波給電口兼用の空
    気送風口と同一寸法、同一形状を有し、かつ上記開口部
    のものと同一の金属メツシュで被覆されたことを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の光源装置。
