Claims (6)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）間隔を保って配列された複数本の中空部材と、こ
    の中空部材の周囲に被着された平形発熱体とを具備して
    なる加熱装置。
  2. （２）中空部材は、テフロン、ポリエステル、ＰＦＡ樹
    脂等の絶縁性を有する合成樹脂で形成されている実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の加熱装置。
  3. （３）複数本の中空部材は、同一平面上に所定間隔を保
    って配列されており、平形発熱体がこれらの中空部材を
    挾持して、その両面側から被着されている実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の加熱装置。
  4. （４）　　複数本の中空部材は、同一円周上に所定間隔
    を保って配列されており、前記各中空部材には、それぞ
    れ、その外周に平形発熱体が巻回されて被着されている
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項乃至第３項のうち、いず
    れか１項記載の加熱装置。
  5. （５）中空部材と平形発熱体との間に真鍮、銅等の熱伝
    導率の高い部材の層を設けた実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項乃至第４項のうちいずれか１項記載の加熱装置。
  6. （６）　　平形発熱体を包囲する断熱層を設けた実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項乃至第５項のうち、いずれか１
    項記載の加熱装置。
