    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）所望のめつきエリアと同等以上の大きさの孔ある
    いはスリット状の孔を設けた支持体の凹部に、所望のめ
    つきエリアと同等の大きさの孔を有しその孔中にアイラ
    ンド部のみを被覆する遮蔽部を支持部により支えてなる
    金属製の遮蔽板をはめ込んでなり、該遮蔽板の表面に絶
    縁性のクッション層を形成してなることを特徴とするリ
    ードフレーム部分めっき用マスク板。
  2. （２）支持部か渡し棒もしくは網目状の構造である実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のリードフレーム部分め
    っき用マスク板。
