    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 取付支持体の上にクッション材を介してセラミック回路
    基板が載置され、前記セラミック回路基板の上面周縁部
    に設けられた導電層に板状のホルタの各フィンガー状部
    がそれぞれ半田付けで固定され、−前記ホルダは前記取
    付支持体に固定されていることを特徴とするセラミック
    回路基板の取付部。
