DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates primarily to a base fabric for producing tufted carpets. Conventionally, the base fabric of a carpet is made of a woven fabric, and the method of making a tufted carpet by planting a large number of pile yarns on the woven fabric has become commonplace, and has been manufactured in large quantities due to various advantages. The fabric base fabric is expensive due to its structure, and the plain yarn used in the structure is made of fibers that are difficult to dye, so piles using artificial hem fibers with very good dyeing properties are expensive. If the yarn and yarn are dyed in the same way with the same dye, if you look at the base of the pile yarn from above, the colors of the pile yarn and the woven base fabric will be different, and the quality of the carpet will be inferior and the product will lose its commercial advantage.

Therefore, the present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks of the textile base fabric, such as high cost and difficulty in dyeing, and aims to thoroughly reduce manufacturing costs and improve commercial value. The embodiment will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the front side a of the carpet has a relatively thin non-woven fabric l with a thickness that cannot be seen through, and the front side has the properties of the base fabric of the carpet, that is, it has firmness. Non-woven material with good contact with the floor 1. A heat-welding synthetic resin film 2 is sandwiched between the film 2 and the molten film 2 melted by heating on the sandwiching contact surface C of the front and back nonwoven fabric materials 1.13.
After the = + s minute d permeates into the pores 3 peculiar to the nonwoven fabric material, the molten r"ils d that penetrates into the pores 3 of the nonwoven material 41 of the film 2 due to natural cooling. It sticks and the front side a
The handwoven cloth material 112 and the back side are bonded in a composite manner by the interposition of the film 2. As mentioned above, it is made of artificial fiber such as nylon, which has good dyeing performance in accordance with the characteristics required for the fabric material 1 on the front side a, and the hand-woven fabric material 1 on the back side.
.. cannot be seen through it. According to the present invention, all of these requirements are met. To manufacture the late G tufted carpet, composite bonded non-woven fabric material for front side a and back side 11. A large number of pile threads are threaded on the front side a of the composite base fabric e so that they are planted upright on the front side a of the composite base fabric e. As an actual BTU example of the present invention, as shown in FIG. A large number of non-woven fabrics 1 and 2 are heated from the outside, and γ

After permeating into the pores 3 in the pores 1, the molten particles 4 solidify by natural cooling to form a woven fabric with the hand-woven fabric 11° bonded together. According to another practical example ii+fj, the contact surface C of the hand-woven cloth material 112 is coated with a hot melt χ1 type synthetic resin in the form of a film (=J' L, to enable heat welding.

As mentioned above, in order to manufacture the present invention in large quantities, roll 5
The front side a nonwoven fabric material 1 is fed from the roll 5, the film 2 is fed from the roll 5, and the π side nonwoven fabric material 1 is fed from the roll 5. The film 2 is heated and pressed onto the S and J joints 7 of the electric heating roll 6 when it passes through, and the film 2 is welded between the nonwoven fabric materials 1 and 13, and the state in which it leaves the opposite joint 7 of the electric heating roll 6 is a composite base. Formed into a cloth θ, naturally cooled during the time it is wound up on the take-up roll 8, the non-woven fabric g 1.12 is a strongly bonded composite,! 1 (cloth θ. As mentioned above, the present invention uses a hand-woven cloth material that does not use textiles. is inexpensive, and depending on the nonwoven fabric material 1 with good dyeing performance on the front side d, the dyeing performance is the same as that of the pile yarns planted on these composite base fabrics θ. ] 1 (the 0th side of the fabric has the same color as the pile yarn?'), the color quality can be improved (ζ, and piece dyeing can be done, small 'S'; u cloth material 1 etc.) This is a tufted carpet that is characterized by its lightness and can be manufactured with a high color quality.
