    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１、第２、第３の揺動アクチュエータを順次連結して
    成るアクチュエータにおいて、第１の揺動アクチュエー
    タの出力軸に第２の揺動アクチュエータの出力軸を固定
    し、第２の揺動アクチュエータの本体に第３の揺動アク
    チュエータの本体を固定し、前記第１、第２、第３の揺
    動アクチュエータの出力軸の回転中心が１点で交わるこ
    とを特徴とするアクチュエータ。
