Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 空気を吸引濾過する空気吸入浴および濾過装置と、前記
    濾過空気を吸引圧縮する空気圧縮機と、前記圧縮空気を
    水洗冷却する水洗塔および冷却塔と、前記水洗空気を熱
    交換する熱交換器と、前記熱交換した空気を分離する精
    留塔と、前記分離したガスの精製装置とを有して成る空
    気分離装置において、前記空気圧縮機の吸引側に酸素、
    アルゴンの少な（ともいずれか一方の成分の濃度を高め
    る富化装置を設けたことを特徴とする酸素、アルゴン富
    化装置を備えた空気分離装置。
