Claims (1)
- 窒素より大きい速度で酸素を透過させる選択性
酸素透過膜を有する酸素濃縮モジユールと、大気
を前記選択性酸素透過膜を介して吸引透過させ、
酸素濃縮空気を得るように設けられた真空ポンプ
と、前記真空ポンプを経て出てくる高温高湿の酸
素濃縮空気を冷却する熱交換器と、前記熱交換器
を経て出てくる冷却された酸素濃縮空気に含まれ
る過飽和分の水分を除去する水分分離器と、前記
水分分離器および熱交換器内の酸素濃縮空気を加
圧するフイルターとを備え、前記フイルターは前
記水分分離器の下流側流路に設けられガス透過性
の吸水性材料で形成された酸素濃縮器。
